Empowering Students with Industry-Relevant Skills and Career Opportunities
Mahendra Nath Ghosh Educational & Welfare Trust (MNG Academy) partners with colleges and educational institutions to deliver industry-oriented skill development programmes that complement academic learning and enhance students’ employability.
The College Program aims to bridge the gap between academic education and industry requirements by equipping students with practical knowledge, digital competencies, professional skills and recognised certifications, wherever applicable.
Key Features & Benefits
MNG Academy facilitates alignment of proposed training programmes with the relevant Sector Skill Council under the applicable NSDC/Skill India framework, wherever appropriate.
Suitable job roles are identified based on students’ academic backgrounds, career aspirations and industry requirements. Potential areas include Junior Software Developer, Junior Data Analyst, BFSI and other emerging employment opportunities.
MNG Academy coordinates student registration on the applicable Skill India platform, where required, and facilitates assessment through an approved third-party assessment agency, wherever applicable.
Students who successfully complete the prescribed training and meet the applicable assessment and certification requirements will be facilitated in obtaining the relevant NSDC/Skill India-aligned certificate, subject to the approval of the concerned authority.
Training is delivered by experienced faculty from MNG Academy through structured, practical and industry-oriented learning modules designed to complement the students’ academic curriculum.
A one-day Employability Skills Workshop is conducted to prepare students for professional environments and enhance their career readiness.

MNG Academy has already conducted skill development programmes in collaboration with educational institutions, including:
- Women’s Christian College, Kolkata: Advance Excel with AI Integration – 60 Hours.
- Sundarban Mahavidyalaya: Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) – 120 Hours.
