MNG ACADEMY- GENESIS

MAHENDRA NATH GHOSH EDUCATIONAL & WELFARE TRUST started its humble beginning in the year 2018 as a NOT FOR PROFIT charitable entity with its singular mission of providing quality education & training to career aspirants. In a short span of time leveraging the strengths of the TRUST, it becomes one of the prominent and preferred destinations for employable skills training. Backed by strong professional management and experienced faculty members MNG Academy has earned its name in and is reckoned with its service differentiation. Mahendra Nath Ghosh Educational and Welfare Trust is a non-profit Charitable Trust that was established in March 2018. Our mission is to promote quality education and training to create skilled manpower and entrepreneurs in healthcare and skill development in different and related areas. 

The Trustees have well connected and deep-rooted understanding of education and services sector practices. The core activities of The Trust in the training sector have a history dating back. Before forming the Trust, the team was engaged in imparting quality training on various industry sector skills. To name a few, it envisaged genuine demands for training in industrial safety and skill training practices and thus organized a few batches of training on Skill Development, which saw real success. Quite a good number of trainees were placed in a job immediately after completing their training. Similarly, the team completed training programs on corporate skills and soft skills.

Mahendra Nath Ghosh Educational and Welfare Trust was established in March, 2018 as a non-profit charitable organization. It was promoted with a mission to organize quality education and training in West Bengal and some other states. It emphasizes the need of creating a skilled workforce and entrepreneurs relevant to current and emerging business opportunities. Over a span of five years, the trust has taken up several initiatives with a view to achieving its mission.

Infrastructure Facilities at our Centres

The Trust has developed good infrastructure with air conditioned classrooms, practical labs, computer labs, library, etc. in its various centers. We have our presence across Pan India, in different states like, West Bengal, Odisha, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Assam & Other North Eastern States, we have also expanded the presense of our Trust to include our footprint in Tripura as well.

CSR Activities

Our Trust is engaged with various social developmental activities apart from its core functions in training and skills development. The Trust from time to time undertakes projects and programs of social impact and extends its support towards social causes beyond its business. Activities include but are not limited to running campaigns and organizing camps to elevate the lives of slum dwellers, making common people aware of basic health and hygiene, and COVID-19 awareness. Similarly, on account of making a skilled workforce, the Trust has joined hands with big corporate, foundations, like Reliance Foundation. Through its other initiatives, the Trust has also embarked on its journey of executing other social projects, such as women empowerment and rural livelihood areas.

Child Rights and Cyber Security Awareness Generation Program was held at Keoratala High School of Kulpi Block by the Trust in collaboration with the block admin on 30th June 2022. It was attended by 100+ participants (students) who were mostly from classes IX–XII. Jt. BDO graced the occasion.
